I have a long history of being successfully involved with multiple careers simultaneously. Since retiring from the City of Alpena, I have found I have a lot of spare time. I have spent my entire life working in fields of public and customer service. I investigated many ways of filling the gap, so to speak, and came to the realization that I had a desire to continue in an arena that afforded me the opportunity to further help people. While maintaining a career as a practicing Doctor of Chiropractic, I now also maintain a career that will let me help people achieve their goals as they relate to the real estate world. That may include selling a property you currently own and desire to move into another property to further advance your real estate needs. It may also include purchasing your first home to continue toward the American dream of home ownership and the building of your family legacy. Your real estate dreams may also include the sale or purchase of commercial or investment property to help you advance your business legacy to the next level. Buyer reviewBob was great about showing me house from any price that I wanted to see. Was very personable. Buyer reviewBob was amazing during the whole process. He was available at odd times of the day. I work nights so I wasn't available till late afternoon most days. He was very on top of everything and make everything so much easier. He was very informative, caring, and I could not recommend him more. We had some issues with the bank last minute and our loan didn't get approved. Even when our bank was not contacting myself Bob was right on it. Bob was very helpful and had a mortgage broker that he worked with. He made the process so smooth, and walked us through the whole process. Even pointed out things wrong with the house that we didn't notice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone trying to buy a house. Bob negotiated and got the house in our price range, with closing costs added in. he explained each process that we had to get done and how to go about it. It was Father's Day and he got all the paperwork done that day for our offer. He explained where good neighborhoods, schools, issues with each house (updates needed), and even more. Overall I could not recommend him enough! Definitely recommend my mother in law to century 21 and to Robert Lang. I've also recommend to coworkers

Buyer reviewMoving long distance is not easy nor is finding a house that's a thousand miles away. Robert was able to keep my strict timetable and housing requirements an absolute priority of his. His knowledge of the area, personal contacts and availability were instrumental in accommodating all the other needs that go along with the process, which is more then just buying a house. Robert went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and I would recommend him to anyone.
