He hears what matters to the clients and communicates updates regularly, which goes a long way to reduce the stress of home buying. Although he and his office partner, Patti Raffile, represented the sellers, we felt that they served our buying interests equally as well. Bob and Patti were honest and fair-handed with both the major issues and the minor ones, offering good counsel to both parties. They went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction for all. We would recommend both of them.
