We don't know how Robert (Bob) does it but he was ALWAYS accessible. Anyone who has Bob as a realtor is lucky. We were fortunate that he responded to our ad on 55places.com. Though we never met Sandy, we dealt with her mostly by email and a few times by telephone. Sandy was extremely respectful and polite and was on top of things immediately. We appreciate her efforts as well. Robert's sales experience is second to none, something we have never experienced before. Bob is so "on the ball" with every detail. He was with us at every turn, even when he didn't have to be. Bob is professional; he is well informed, he is articulate, he is expeditious, he is charming -- all the ingredients for an outstanding realtor with excellent sales experience.
