After showing us worn and tired 15 year old places in Palm Beach we said we were going to visit three places up north. We really liked one of the developments and were ready to put down some money on a new construction. Next day Bob called to check in-good salesmanship. He said he knew a place closer and with a better builder in PSL, want to take a look? The rest is history as they say. He didn't need to call-but he did.
