After devoting the majority of my career to long term care, I made a decision to change directions in my career path after moving to Florida. Originally from Canada, I have spent a large portion of my life living in the United States due to my husband's career. Having experienced nine major relocations between Canada and the United States, I can honestly say that I have accumulated a great deal of experience in both purchasing and selling residential real estate. I understand the importance of listening to the needs of both buyers and sellers to achieve the ultimate goal of the clients' satisfaction. I have perfected the skills it takes to "get the job done." So, you may say that I am making a career from something I have done many times for my own family. Buyer reviewOn every occasion, Robin Bennett went above and beyond to make this an easy and pleasurable experience. We had responded to a flyer from Robin and her former partner, Diane, when we sold our condo in Kingspoint last year. We would not think of using anyone else this time! Together they sold our condo in 2 days! Although we had used an agent from a different agency to buy our first condo, there was no question of using someone other than Robin for this purchase. Robin showed me around Kingspoint in December when I visited, then my husband and I in April, then me again in May. Each time we were satisfied with her commitment and obviously her patience with us. We have been long distance in Massachusetts since last year so it wasn't your usual "drop by the office" situation and closing. As far as recommending her, I have already recommended Robin to my daughter, who lives in Apollo Beach. I would totally trust her in all situations and she has become a friend. No higher praise in my book!

She worked extra hard to overcome all the obstacles until we found our new home. She lived up to her promise. Robin was always very professional and responsive to all our needs We would recommend Robin to anyone.

She went out of her way to give us properties to look at and was always accommodating in showing the homes we wanted to see in the time frame available to us. Once we found the property we wanted, Robin went above and beyond in helping us get our dream retirement home. Once we returned to NY, she was in constant communication with us every step of the way. She was always available to answer any questions, and kept us informed on the proceedings. We struck gold when we found her and we can't thank her enough for all of her hard work. We would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a smooth, stress free experience in buying a home.

Seller reviewRobin did a great job having jumped in and taking over our listing when the original agent fell ill. Ours was a little more difficult of a sale than expected due to the competition at the price point we were trying to achieve. Robin help push us through that and in the end we had competing offers and we sold for more than asking.
