This time she doubled down and made sure a fair and reasonable solution was made and successfully negotiated it between both parties. Her character, core values coupled with her professional knowledge are of the highest standards and made interacting with her a pleasure! She is a consummate professional. I will not hesitate contacting her for my next purchase and you cannot get any better of an agent than Robin!

Robin Poe Errington was a wonderful ally in both our purchase of a new home and sale of our old one. She was patient and wise in her guidance and advice in our home search. We also relied on her advice on preparing our old home for sale, which paid off in getting us the best deal. We can't sing her praises too much.

Robin Poe Errington was incredible to work with! We had a very difficult sale. It was a second home for us so we were not in the area so Robin spent endless hours on the phone helping to set up all the repairs needed after the home inspection. She went above and beyond in every aspect.
