Buyer reviewRobin Errington was a wonderful agent to work with. She was easy to reach and very easy to talk to. This was my first time buying a home and she was able to break everything down into layman's terms for me. She is very thorough in her work and makes sure that everything is put through inspection correctly, makes sure paperwork goes though correctly, and doesn't let anything slip through the cracks. At one point in this process, I had a problem with my loan company and she was very kind in speaking with them and getting things straightened out and handled the situation perfectly. I also really appreciate that she follows through after the entire process, including closing, and still reaches out to make sure everything is going smoothly. I would highly highly recommend Robin Errington.

She was always able to get us a viewing even when it was a bit tough, and when it came to negotiating her advice was invaluable allowing us to obtain closing costs and a reduction in a sellers market where that was becoming less and less common. Her attention and connection extended past the sale showing her ability to complete follow through as well as keeping in touch.
