Buyer reviewRobin was very professional and excellent in reference to responding to questions and concerns and providing information. She is also very knowledgeable with this area. There was never any pressure to view or make an offer on property. She was always more concerned that I was comfortable with my decision prior to place a purchase offer. She never failed to answer her phone or promptly return a call. She replied to emails and text messages on weekends and all hours of the day. She even continued this practice while downstate for her son's wedding providing the necessary documentation to postpone the closing for a few days due to a permit transfer delay.

Buyer reviewRobin listened to the concept of want we wanted for a vacation home as we had not exactly figured out what we wanted to do. She was very helpful discussing options and helping us weed out homes that just weren't going to work as well as bringing to us the home we ultimately purchased. She was great throughout the whole process. Robin was always on top of the details, proactive on issues and very fast with responses. The deal had some issues and Robin was with us all the way communicating with the sellers agent. I think without Robin the sale may not have happened. In short, she did an awesome job. Best agent I have ever dealt with, would use her again in a heartbeat.
