After living in the same home for 34 years, health issues forced us to put our large property up for sale. We had not planned to sell, and we had certainly not planned to buy. We knew we had to downsize, but did not know if we wanted a house on a piece of property a bit smaller, a house in a subdivision, a condo, or a townhouse. Fast forward past Hurricane Ian, some unplanned hospitalizations, and a new roof replacement at our existing home, and Rochelle was still there for us. She knew our situation, and introduced us to the concept of a Villa, which is the one housing/condo concept, we had not considered. It was exactly what we needed. Although health issues have kept us from being as involved as we would like to be, we feel safe, the community members we've met have been wonderful, and the large, two car garage gives us enough room to store many of our items, and to work on crafts and other projects. Rochelle has been such a blessing to us. She has seen us during some very difficult times in our lives, and checked in on us regularly. She never gave up on helping us find our perfect home.
