She has an outstanding knowledge and information of the fargo moorhead area and the housing market in general. She also offered good advice and pointers on each house we looked at! Seller reviewRochelle helped me buy my house and she was always a good listener. She respected what I said even if my emotions got me a bit feisty. I appreciate her consistent calm, no nonsense attitude. It was important when I was stressed. Rochelle must have a system for getting these things done, it seemed we met one day and by the next day the house sold. It seemed whenever I reached out she was available. Also flexible to my time. I don't know how much is Century 21 and how much is Rochelle. All I do know is she made my first time buying and selling successful. Rochelle was like a friend that helps you with your house, buying or selling.
