I began as a Realtor in 1982 as a part-time agent. I was working full time as Supervisor, then Director of Services with the Family & Children's Center. I had a passion in working with neglected, abused and orphaned children. During this time my wife and I raised 3 children. I prefer to give of myself to others than to receive, whether it be spending time listening, teaching, coaching or problem solving. I believe these traits/qualities transfer well to being a respected and trusted Real Estate agent. After 27 years, I decided to pursue my passion of being a dedicated full-time Realtor. Since 2009, I have been dedicating myself to helping other find or sell their most valuable possession, their home. I feel fortunate to be able to give something back to others that have dedicated themselves to protecting our country, are rights and our freedom. I pride myself in "connecting" with my clients and being available 24/7.

Buyer reviewPurchasing THE home we wanted was not an easy task! We went back and forth with counter offers and issues with the house being in the flood zone. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Rod Hamilton. He was always quick to get us answers and guide us in the right direction. He even went above and beyond by setting up a meeting at the City Hall with the department that handles zoning and flood plains to help us figure out what we could do to get the house out of the flood plain. Without Rod, we wouldn't have gotten THE house we wanted at the price we wanted!! We highly recommend Rod to anyone buying or selling!!

He consistently went the extra mile in order to find us a property, set up showings, and answer any questions we had. If it wasn't for his ability to stay on top of the market and his quick turn around time with writing up an offer we would never have been able to secure the house that we did. Not to mention - Rod was available to answer questions at all hours of the day and would always respond to us in a cheerful and upbeat manner. I've never worked with someone who was so helpful, understanding, and driven to please his client. It's evident that Rod loves what he does and that he is very very good at it.
