Rodica Bartels was born in Europe and speaks both English and Romanian. Rodica splits her time between family, church, and her real estate business as the Vice President of Operations at CENTURY 21 Northwest. She lived in Illinois and Oregon before moving to Arizona. She is an expert on property values, financing options, and enjoys using her professional guidance to bring long-term satisfaction during all real estate transactions. As a homeowner and as a Real Estate Investor, Rodica works closely with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and commercial investments. Seller reviewRodica was so responsive every single time and since we are out of town that was paramount. Super personality and so pleasant to deal with. She is absolutely the best we have ever dealt with on all counts. Could not recommend her more highly!!!! She worked hard for us through the sale period, made us feel confident we could depend on her. Certainly put our mind at ease being out of town and knowing her responses were always extremely prompt whether by text, phone or email. What a pleasure it was to feel totally confident she was working for US!!!!

She spent a lot of time with us looking at houses and threw in a few items of professional advice also. she certainly knew her stuff and guided us to the right people to go to. I would recommend Rodica to anyone who was looking into homes. I've known many real estate brokers and many do not have everything together to get the job done. We have a few obstacles in the way and Rodica assisted with getting them resolved to make our home buying experience an easy one.

Thanks, John, she is so personable and all about the "happy" home buyer. :) I enjoyed how her personality came out as our agent/buyer relationship went forward. She had/has my back! Couldn't be happier! Excellent, excellent, and well...excellent I truly felt like I had a friend helping me through this sometimes worrisome process. Even though I've closed, she's still there for an issue that seems to have not been taken care of. Rodica, "Glam-Me-Mah" was there for me when I needed her guidance, and I hope I can still contact her for pool ideas to come. :) What a great person.
