Rodica sold a inexpensive rental condo for me. The commission on this property was small but Rodica never made me feel like she wasn't paying attention to my listing. And Rodica also had to have some tough conversations with me about types of potential buyers since the previous month I rented the property for a year. In short, Rodica took care of this transaction skillfully and I didn't need to do anything but sign the closing documents. It cant get much better than that!

Rodica was the property manager of my previous house while it was rented. My communication during this time was mostly with Rodica's staff (Debi Englin) who was exceptional in keeping me informed of any issues that would come up during this time. When I decided to sell this property I knew I would use Rodica's services because of the satisfaction I had while it was a rental. When I decided to buy a house I knew of no other real estate professional who takes an effort to learn what is important to me in looking for a house and neighborhood. She always had my best interests in mind when recommending if the neighborhood I was interested in was a good or poor choice for me in my situation. When showing a house, it was obvious she was only interested in meeting my needs first before I made a choice. If there were issues with a house contrary to being in my best interests, she was quick to point out things I might have overlooked but would be a problem to me after I moved in. When I found the house I wanted, she was very protective of my best interests in the quality of the house and the price to negotiate. I trust and admire the knowledge and handling of the transaction and followup. Rodica will always be the only agent I will recommend to others and use if I have any future real estate needs. I cannot recommend Rodica any more than I have. She is the absolute best. I dare anyone to be disappointed using Rodica for any real estate needs. She is the absolute best!!!
