Having been in sales for over 40 years I feel I can give you the service you need. I worked and displayed Automobiles in the ISCA auto shows all over the USA.This taught me about quality and expectations.This industry expected and got the highest quality out of you. After doing all I could do in the Auto industry. I looked to open a white glove delivery service. I owned and operated for over 20 years, Xclusive Delivery Service Company,dealing with white glove expedited services in the primarily the Home Furnishing lines. My customers were some of the top manufacturers in the world and demanded as I do the best in service. I traveled all over the United States, doing work for clients Ralph Lauren,Drexel-Heritage, Lifestyles,Linage,EJ Victor , and MANY more. Finally after travelling so much it was time to stay close to home get involved in my community. So my roots lead me back to Real Estate. After 10 years I know I found my calling and desire to assist others in finding their true dream home. Let me show you why I call North Carolina Home.

Seller reviewRoger, was so helpful in the sale of my home and the purchase of a new one. His knowledge was number 1. Century 21 American Homes was with me for the ride. He advised me of Home inspections, Home warranties, and tax advantages. Roger was available almost 24/7 to see to my needs and that of my sister in law who lives with me. The closing process was so easy and pleasant also. After I had made an acceptable offer on a home. I asked him to list my former one. He came out listed it and didn't event get pictures taken and had it under contract in less than 2 hours. Who else can do it that fast? Roger Hart is NUMBER 1 in my book! Century21 American Homes is number 1 in my book. So glad they have Roger Hart over their Burke County division and that they have a presence in our area once again! Best purchase and sales experience I've ever had. Perfect!
