Seller reviewRoland has extensive knowledge of the area and comps in the neighborhood that we sold in, and pays attention to details and took care of things that we needed assistance with, such as helping to schedule getting items that the home needed fixed and going above and beyond in his interest and assistance in our concerns with the selling of the home, which was an estate sale. Roland is an exceptional sales representative, in that he always follows up with you, and made sure I was aware of current market rates, etc. He answered all questions that were posed to him, and offered to help in any way that he could. He made the experience less stressful than it could have been, as it was an estate sale, which can be problematic in and of itself. Very good experience, stress-free, and Roland is a good example of what a sales agent should be. He is both professional and personable, and considers what is in his client's best interest.
