Buyer reviewWe were in town from Wisconsin to look at properties and our initial realtor fell thru. Ron and Carol made time in their schedule to show us the homes we had hoped to see and were able to write an accepted offer on a house in the Harbor Heights subdivision. Ron and Carol were great to work with and we are so happy with our Florida home. I am a agent in Wisconsin and know that now is a tough time to be a buyers agent but Ron and Carol did a great job. Seller reviewWhen my husband and I decided to put our house on the market, we did not hesitate to call Ron and Carol because they were our realtors when we purchased the home in 2014. Ron did an outstanding job with all aspects of the sale of our house. He is extremely knowledgeable, very detail oriented, and highly effective. He reviewed and analyzed all closing documents that were submitted to him in a complete and thorough manner and caught a slight discrepancy in the paperwork from the title company. He immediately contacted the buyer's title company to call their attention to this and made sure the final closing documents were properly revised. This was something that could have been easily overlooked, but Ron caught it immediately! We highly recommend The Ron and Carol Pearce Team.
