They are true and devoted professionals, and stand out in their goal to succeed. We first purchased a building lot and Ron was extremely helpful in this endeavor; in fact knowing that we were not completely satisfied with the first building lot that we put a contract on; he continued to look for us and found the ideal lot that we ultimately closed on. We are now working with Ron, his builder & preferred bank to build a custom home.,Everything should close on or before December 30, 2016. Again, all of my dealings have been directly with Ron and Carol Pearce. Through their coordination, we worked with the builder Impact Homes and Regions Mortgage. My experience has been solely with Ron and Carol, and as this survey shows we are very happy with their professionalism at all levels.
