Seller reviewRon Pearce is an excellent agent.He is professional, knowledgeable, reasonable, and easy to work with. He helped with the house preparations. took great photographs, answered important questions, and quickly responded to my my calls or emails. The internet presentation was excellent. Ron got me the best price for the house and I was pleased with the sale. If i had wanted to ask for a different price, he would have presented that. He gave me the best advice from his many years of being an agent and a knowledge of the area.

Seller reviewI was lucky enough to come across Ron Pearce. I am not local and Ron has handled three sales for me perfectly and has several additional listings. I cannot think of any areas for improvement. He has been excellent in regards to providing data for pricing/marketing, MLS writeup, signage, clear and immediate communication, quick and easy access to him, negotiations, efficient Docusign usage for contracts, coordination of local labor when necessary, personal involvement with anything necessary to be done locally for a nonlocal seller, and taking necessary steps to resolve any issues necessary to get to closing. His recommendation of a closing agent was also an excellent decision. All in all, I am very satisfied.

Seller reviewRon is a great communicator, very knowledgeable, and if I had a question, it was answered immediately, even when he was out of town. It is crystal clear Ron carries 30 plus years experience is this field. He is familiar with the other brokers in the area, contract issues, home inspection results and how to handle them, finance questions, the list goes on. Overall I was very satisfied with Ron and Carol Pearce, and would gladly call upon them again. They work well together as a team, kind of a two for one deal. Thanks!
