Ron has a strong background in the real estate industry helping Buyers, and sellers, and as a Property Manager, he earned his Realtor's license in 2002 and then the prestigious Real Estate Broker's license in 2006. He is a member of various local and state real estate professional organizations. He is a Master Mason and a member of the local Shrine organization helping kids. His focus is and has been helping those in the military community, especially first-time buyers and sellers. He has a proven track record of success with nearly 400 happy clients as a solo agent. He also has experience in Property Management and the various repair tasks associated with repair/maintenance tasks. Ron holds the following professional designations; GRI Graduate of the Realtor's Institute, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Seller's Representative Specialist, and Military Relocation Specialist. After serving in the United States Navy for well over 29 years, he understands what it is like to serve. He listens and performs for his clients. Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer, I came into this process a little unsure, but with the help of Ron, by the end of it I had gained so much knowledge. He walked through each step with me and had the utmost patience with me the entire time. Ron is so welcoming and friendly, I was comfortable with him the entire time. He is so knowledgeable is his line of work, as well as social. This was beneficial to the buyer(me) because he knew people who could help me with different parts of the process. I received $450 back just for purchasing a home with Ron. I didn't even know that was possible, but it is. I would 10/10 recommend Ron to anyone and everyone.

Seller reviewI felt like the advice Ron gave was spot on and in our best interest. He read our buyers very well and guided us to a better sale of our house then we could have gotten in minimal time. Great experience all the way around. I don't think Ron stops working. I am in Japan and my wife was local and he answered everytime we called, messaged or texted. Put us at ease with the sell of our property.
