I can't say enough about Ron. My wife and I have been working with Ron to buy a home for over 5 years. I cold called an office to check the price on the very first home we we interested in and Ron picked up. He offered to have me come into the office he was working in at the time and look at more homes. After speaking with him, I realized he was knowledgeable in his field and about the area I was looking to purchase and decided he would be my realtor until we were ready to purchase. Ron walked us through the entire process, from offer to closing, impeccably. If we had a question or were unsure about something, he always had an answer with little to no delay. While putting in the offer, Ron made suggestions that we never even thought of and ultimately put money in our pockets on the closing date. Ron was early, never on time but early, to our home inspection, re-inspection and closing which is very important to me. He went out of his way to accommodate my night schedule and my wife's day schedule which can be tricky. I didn't think a person with Ron's experience and knowledge in his field would be so kind. Ron always returned my emails, text messages and phone calls in a timely manner. We even exchanged calls in the middle of the night the day we put in our offer to make sure everything the sellers needed to accept our offer was submitted as they requested it. I don't imagine many realtors putting your offer above their sleep schedule. On top of being up late working for me, he was up early to accommodate my work schedule. Working with Ron was pretty carefree. As long as Ron Clark is a realtor, I will look to work with him for all my realty needs.

Ron Clark was a true professional during our home purchase. He was fully knowledgeable of the market, the Hampton Roads area, and all aspects of real estate. Every other professional that he recommended during the home buying process were just as professional as Ron. If you decide to choose Ron Clark as your agent, you will not be disappointed. I was having to buy a home while my husband was still stationed out of state, so I felt especially pressured to make sure I had every bit of information possible to relay back and forth. Ron, having an extensive military background, completely understood what I needed and was very kind to put up with my barrage of questions.
