Seller reviewOur kids went to school (small K-8 school) with Ronda's kids. We knew her to be a respectable realtor in the area with a lot of experience, and a great person all around. Ronda told us of a buyer before we had even signed the contract. I had an accepted offer within days of signing the contract, and we only ever showed the property to the family that ultimately bought it. Ronda put a yard sign up after accepting their offer, just in case the sale fell through, and also did some online advertising for the same reason. Ronda was also crucial in helping us find service professionals (painter, termite inspector, etc) for work that we needed to have done when we couldn't get anyone to return our calls. Will definitely use Ronda when we sell/buy other properties, and will recommend her to family/friends in the area.
