Seller reviewWe could not have sold our home without Ronnie. We interviewed three brokers in the area. We felt Ronnie was the most knowledgeable and that he would be the most involved - not passing us off to junior staff once we signed the papers. Boy were our instincts correct. Ronnie handled our sale, personally, the entire time. More than that, he helped us get the house ready for sale (organizing contractors and helping ensure their work was satisfactory). One week before we listed the home, the hurricane hit. THe interior of the home was not damaged. However, the entire roof had to be replaced. What a nightmare - but Ronnie was right there with us through it all helping us. We do not live in the community. We live out of state and we travel a lot. Ronnie was our eyes and ears on the ground. We cannot say enough good things about him. Weve sold many homes. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PARTNER LIKE RONNIE! HE'S SIMPLY SUPERB.

Seller reviewRonnie was SO honest about the REAL value of this property and what it was going to take to get people to buy it---like fixing the roof, drywall and tape & bedding. We didn't always agree, but he still persevered with all the difficulties instead of giving up, which he certainly could have, and gone on to sell other properties that would bring him a lot more commission without this properties headaches.
