Rose went above and beyond for us. She helped us make phone calls to confirm details for the buyers interest. She made several trips over to the house when we were not able to due to travel distance. Rose Sawyer is an expert in the area having been born and raised here. She is very familiar with the Hideout and understands the requirements of its Property Owners Association. She has an impressive sales record and I was confident that she would sell my home, but I did not expect it to sell in one day. Of course, I was delighted. Rose is soft spoken, kind and very patient. She returns every phone call and is always willing to help in any way she can. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a home in Lake Ariel and the surrounding areas.

reached out to two other companies. One never returned my call the other canceled my appointment because it was too cold and never reached out to reschedule. she took a lot of time and looked at a lot of homes until we found the right one
