I was almost on foreclosure , my home need it a lot of work to be able to sell for top dollar , Rosel and her team of handymen , electrician , painters , plumbers , roofers , cleaners , garners made it possible!!! She helped me to deal with the city inspectors , and translations and to be able to sign off permits . She was able to sell my home for above $55k more than asking !.. I was able to sell my home and stop my foreclosure!..I am very thankful for everything she did !.. I will recommend her to my family and friends .

Rosel was on top of everything! ~We have been thinking about this move from Oakland to Riverbank for a long time, but we did not know where to start!~ She explained the whole process in Spanish, as it was very important for my wife~ she was there every step of the way, she was present to sign , and to translate . She sold our home in Oakland CA and found the perfect home in Riverbank CA ~ She also arranged the loan for me~ her knowledge about every detail of the deal , helped us to get thru this process!~ We are very happy to know her, and how dedicated and patient she was with us! ~ I will recommend her to my family and friends~
