Hi, I'm Rosetta Heppel, a professional Realtor. I've been a Realtor in the same Century 21 office about 20 years. I love the real estate business, and still get up every morning excited to go my office and begin my day.
I'm a detailed agent; and I strive to make your real estate experience a pleasant one by keeping you up to date and informed every step of the way. I've been in the Top Agent category every year for many years, and I have multiple Quality Service awards throughout my real estate career.
I've been involved in real estate for many years, and my experiences are broad. Not only do I list and sell residential property, but I have broad personal experiences in the industry as well. I have personally owned rental investment properties, commercial property and vacant land. This means when I am working on your behalf, you have not only my professional knowledge, but my experiences to assist you with many different types of purchases and/or sales.

Also very straight to the point highlighting each pros and cons of each of the properties visited. Every minute at work with Rosetta was worthy and productive. She actually expanded our knowledge on the business we were walking through. She also enriched the house listing we provided with additional properties all appealing to us and made us feeling we all were a team searching for a house that was important to us. Seller reviewRosetta Heppel helped up buy the house four years ago and she helped us sell it. When I called Rosetta to tell her we were ready to sell, she remembered the property. Rosetta said, "I might forget names, but I never forget an address." Our house sold the same day it was put on the market, and to the first prospective buyer! Rosetta Heppel is awesome!
