Hi, I'm Rosetta Heppel, a professional Realtor. I've been a Realtor in the same Century 21 office about 20 years. I love the real estate business, and still get up every morning excited to go my office and begin my day.
I'm a detailed agent; and I strive to make your real estate experience a pleasant one by keeping you up to date and informed every step of the way. I've been in the Top Agent category every year for many years, and I have multiple Quality Service awards throughout my real estate career.
I've been involved in real estate for many years, and my experiences are broad. Not only do I list and sell residential property, but I have broad personal experiences in the industry as well. I have personally owned rental investment properties, commercial property and vacant land. This means when I am working on your behalf, you have not only my professional knowledge, but my experiences to assist you with many different types of purchases and/or sales.

Buyer reviewI am a broker in Texas, but the Stillwater market is not one I am familiar with and some of the nuances for Oklahoma Real Estate are a bit different than I am used to. Rosetta explained things well, helped my son getting utilities set up, and offered to help with recommendations of contractors for the work we are wanting to do to the property. Seller reviewRosetta handles buying and closing like a champ. Never have to worry. There are always issues that will arrive , small and large. She just handles them. My biggest thing I tell people is that Rosetta is excited to sell a home at 75k or 500k. Most realtors don't want to deal with the small people, they want to make bank. That were Rosetta shined above the rest. When people are looking to buy and sell, I always throw Rosetta name to them.

We told her we were interested in acquiring a ranch-style home of about 1800 square feet, a three bedroom. Her 25 or 30 years experience in real estate in Stillwater, Oklahoma, her knowledge of local contractors, and the local business services provided a smooth purchase experience. We relied on her knowledge, and that of our son-in-law, to make an offer on the home before traveling to Stillwater to see it. We wanted the home fully painted and with new flooring installed before we moved into it. Rosetta knew the local businesses that could provide excellent service.
