Buyer reviewI just really liked Roxane right off the bat. She's friendly and personable and she really heard me regarding what I was looking for in a property. She quickly responded to any and all messages I sent her but did not put any awkward pressure on me in any capacity. Her easy friendliness and kindly checking in with me is what really won me over with wanting to work with her. I didn't feel pressure and she made me feel like I am a friend and not "a potential buyer". Roxane was professional throughout the entire process of working with her, which is important to me.

Roxane Schepens reached out to us and we immediately clicked. My husband and I are no nonsense people, so she made the whole home buying process effortless. We looked at a few places in Auburn initially and Roxane was honest with whether or not it was a good purchase. She steered us in a better direction and was super communicative with us. My husband and I eventually found our current home in Foresthill and Roxane set everything up for us. She communicated with the listing agent and did a great job relaying information to us. She was timely and never made us feel like we had to wait on an answer. Being first time home buyers, we had a lot of additional question that were not directly related to buying a house, we were part of settling into our new home. Roxane went above and beyond find us answers, whether related to utilities or home warranties. We would recommend Roxane Schepens to anyone wishing to find not just a new house but a new home.

This was the first time I sold a house on my own, my husband passed away last March and I was dreading the process of selling.
