I met Ruby a few years back when I was looking for a rental home. She came highly recommended from a friend who had worked with Ruby in the past buying a few different homes. Ruby helped me find where I have been living and I didn't hesitate to call her when I was able to start looking for a home to buy. We talked about what I was looking for and she set up perfect search parameters. Any changes I asked for to the search, such as no HOA's, were implemented quickly. Ruby was also very patient with me as I was skittish in putting in an offer as this was the first time I was looking to buy a home. I never felt any pressure to buy something so she could move on - I could tell she would be with me, holding my hand, till the end. It's been a pleasure knowing Ruby and if (when) I look to sell this home and buy a new one, I know who'll I'll be calling. Ruby helped guide me through the entire process. She made sure all my paperwork was signed and processed in a timely manner. I felt she really went out of her way for me. She even drove into the city at night, to meet on my way home from work to sign papers because I work a lot and hadn't checked my email and these papers needed signed. Ruby was very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods I was looking in. She set up and actually met the home inspector because I couldn't get time off work to do it. She found a house with everything I needed, including a gas kitchen stove and a fenced yard for my dog. I really thought Ruby did a wonderful job helping me find the perfect home. She listened to what I thought was important during my search. She made herself available to me to look at many homes, sometimes at off hours to accommodate my grueling work schedule. She went out of her way to guide me and get everything processed and close on my house before I left the state on a an extended trip back home to see family. Thank you Ruby.
