Ruby helped me find where I have been living and I didn't hesitate to call her when I was able to start looking for a home to buy. We talked about what I was looking for and she set up perfect search parameters. Any changes I asked for to the search, such as no HOA's, were implemented quickly. Ruby was also very patient with me as I was skittish in putting in an offer as this was the first time I was looking to buy a home. I never felt any pressure to buy something so she could move on - I could tell she would be with me, holding my hand, till the end.
