I hope we don't ever move again, as we built our dream house, but we will recommend him to anyone and everyone we know! Russ attended every meeting with us and the builder and asked questions and raised concerns that we would have never thought of. He made sure to follow up on each and every detail with the sales manager and builder multiple times if necessary. He was with us throughout the entire process and we definitely could not have done it without him! Russ was professional, friendly, and prompt in all communications!
