I have been a broker since 1987, selling real estate full-time since 1991 and am trained, experienced and dedicated to handling the often-complex details of selling or buying a property. Seller reviewThis was a difficult sale because it was a manufactured home on a permanent foundation on a standard city lot. Ruth handled the sale in a professional manner. She gave us several pricing breaks that were appreciated. The sluggish real estate market in Brookings was also a factor.
