Seller reviewI met Ryan in late fall 2012 after having my house listed with another agent that a friend recommended and having no offers in almost 5 months of my house being on the market. Ryan had my house under contract in two weeks and helped me get a contract signed for new house and closed on both over busy holiday season. He knew the market and was always available when I needed his assistance and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. He worked for me and I always felt he got the best price he could for me. When I decided I was ready to list my house in February 2020 I knew without a doubt that I wanted Ryan to be my agent again. He had my house listed promptly and under contract by end of month and sold by end of April even with the Covid-19 pandemic having much of the state closed.
