His energy, hardworking reputation, and knowledge of local neighborhoods and the Bristol market were vital in us choosing to work with him. Ryan was a true professional. He answered all of our questions and always had our best interest at heart. Ryan made the purchase of our home easy! He was always on the look out for properties we might be interested in, and was able to advise us on offers, home inspectors, etc. every person he recommended to us was extremely timely and professional. Ryan made us feel like we were his only clients (even though we know that's definitely not the case). He was always on time, responsive, and professional/ we were so at ease during such a stressful event like buying a home. Every person we met as part of the staff at Topsail were professional and helpful. When Ryan was out with another client, we had other agents show us properties. They were great at communicating our feedback to Ryan. There was even a time when Ryan was out of town and he had another realtor assist him in putting an offer in on a property so we didn't miss out! Everyone we encountered was top notch.

When any single level was coming on the market Ryan was the first one to tell us about it. Ryan went above and beyond for us even when he didn't need too. He was very patient with us when asking to go and see the home with our contractor too. We realize that if we didn't have Ryan working with us we probably wouldn't have gotten our dream home and we are forever grateful for his hard work and care for our family. Ryan Fonseca is awesome.
