Ryan Hawkins is an outstanding agent and made us few comfortable right away. Initially, we had thought we would work with multiple agents from different companies but after meeting Ryan we knew we wanted to work with him exclusively. Ryan asked questions, listened and worked with us according to what we told him. Ryan never tried to "hard sell" us on any home or try to convince us to go above what we could afford. Ryan was always available to answer questions, never made these home buying newbies feel foolish with our naive questions and was just downright fun to be around as we looked at various options. I can't wait to recommend Ryan to any of my friends who are looking for purchase a home.

Working with Ryan Hawkins was great. I was in a bit of a time crunch to find a place, and was not very positive that it would work out. Ryan was always available and made me feel like we would find the place for me in the time I needed. He was always flexible for my schedule, and looking at houses with him was always a fun experience! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home. We met Ryan at an open house in our very early stages of house-hunting. After only talking to him for that short time, we knew he was who we wanted to work with. He has a wonderful personality and showed a genuine interest in what we were hoping to find. Ryan was fantastic during the whole process of the purchase. Ryan was an amazing agent to work with. He made the entire experience fun and stress-free. When we wanted to see a home, Ryan got back to us on the availability of the home. If we had a question, he always let us know he was working on finding an answer and got back to us quickly. He was attentive and understanding when we talked to him about what we were looking for and provided us with leads accordingly. Ryan NEVER pushed us to find a home that was out of our price range. I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience that we had with Ryan. The entire process was fun and I believe that a lot of that had to do with our choice of agent. He was so wonderful, I recommended him to my sister and she is now working with him to find a new home. I would recommend Ryan to anyone, whether they are buying or selling. While my only experience is in the purchase of a home, I believe that Ryan puts the same dedication into the selling of a home. If/When we sell, Ryan will be my first call.

Ryan is an amazing realtor who listened to all of our concerns and made sure we were comfortable with all aspects of our home sale. He made sure we fully understood all of the steps involved and that he answered all of our questions as quickly as possible. Ryan also made himself available to meet with us as soon as possible when we wanted to look at other houses. He understood how quickly houses are moving in this market and made sure that we had as good of a chance at viewing and buying a house as anyone else before it was sold. Ryan is such a kind man who took the time getting to know my family and our needs. Ryan didn't mind running around playing tag in the basement with my son as my husband and I viewed our home, nor did he mind holding our dog or playing with our cat while sitting in our home while we discussed paperwork. Ryan is professional yet so down to earth, and this makes him shine. Ryan was also great with encouraging me and my husband with continuing to push through despite frustration and being overwhelmed with the sale of our home. Thank you Ryan for everything!
