I never felt pressured nor that I was taking up his time. We maintained contact via emails, my occasional trips down there to look around (again) and phone conversations. By the time I was actually ready to purchase, I trusted Ryan's knowledge of what I was looking for in a home enough to go under contract based only on a video walk-through of the home and a discussion with him. I did not see the home I had agreed to purchase until the inspection, almost 3 weeks later. I can't say enough about the professionalism displayed by Ryan throughout my very long, extended process of relocating to SC. Never once did I feel pressured to make a decision. Ryan took the time to build a relationship with me to ensure my move was to a home, not just a house. I will always be grateful for that.
