We found our agent Sabrina Castrillon through her social media platform, which was very informative. She was always available when we wanted to view a property. She provided a strategy to each one we submitted an offer to. She always provided updates in a timely manner. Sabrina is very kind hearted and always put our needs and wants first. We always saw her with a smile and was always happy to see us. Both century 21 and Sabrina Castrillon are recommended!

Seller reviewI met Sabrina at an open house 3 years ago. I wasn't in the market for a new property but it's always fun to stop by open houses to gauge the market, etc. Fast forward 4 months, I was working with Sabrina in sealing the deal on a Torrance property. I've worked with Sabrina in preparing (the beginning stages of looking at properties, putting in offers, staging, etc.), selling and buying properties in Torrance. Sabrina is a true professional and has a kind heart. You will realize that during the chaotic process, Sabrina will be your partner in sorting out the BS, and get you back on track. My recent deal took a little less than 3 weeks to close. While it was a very straight forward deal, there were a couple of hiccups, which Sabrina handled it like a champ. I will definitely partner up with her (again) in buying my next property. Over the years, we've built an excellent rapport, and she's not only my business partner, but a true friend. I always recommend her to my friends and colleagues, and will continue to do so. Anyone looking for a kind and competent agent, don't hesitate to contact Sabrina!
