Before I talked to Sabrina Westenbarger, I had another realtor ask me what the two most important qualities I was looking for in a realtor. I told him empathy and availability. That realtor didn't live up to those qualities, but Sabrina certainly did. She understood our situation, developed a plan to address it, and did it all in a timely manner. Any questions or concerns we had, Sabrina responded to them within an hour if not within 5 minutes. With all our concerns we had with trying to figure out how to sell our home, Sabrina was a great help, and our house received a successful offer within 2 days of the sign going into the ground.
