Sailaja Bommasani is an amazing person and even better realtor!! She understood every little detail of our requirements. I have dealt with other realtors and nobody matches Sailaja's knowledge and experience. On day one she knew what we were looking for and showed us houses that we loved. And right away started working with our paperwork and sending offers to the sellers. That's the kind of speed and dedication we needed from our realtor. I felt like a family member is looking out for a house for me, that is the kind of comfort she gave us. My husband and I, on meeting her for the first time knew she would be the one to get us our home. Her instincts are so strong that whatever she suspected came true. Sailaja not only won our hearts but our sellers heart too. Sailaja is a very hard working woman, who doesn't get tired answering our questions. We met Ms Saila at an open house for which Century 21 was the sellers Realtor and it was here that we met Ms Saila for the first time. At this point we dint have any realtor. As a sellers realtor Ms Saila did a very good walkthrough of the house and that helped us in finalizing Ms Saila to represent us for our home purchase. As first time home buyers we had plenty of questions and at all times Saila clarified all our queries. The closing process was very smooth, thanks to Saila and her strong work ethic, we were able to plan things ahead of time. Her attention to detail came in very handy, during inspection Saila did spot a few things that helped us getting them addressed

In couple of meetings me and my wife were impressed with her calmness and her willingness to help us in finding the right home for our family. As a first time buyer we felt that she was the bacon for all the source of information that we were looking for and it helped us to shortlist the homes and later finalize the "Home". We are so happy that coincidentally Saila and us found each other at an outdoor promotional event. We are noobs in this area considering this is our first house purchase. Saila has been very patient and insightful throughout many of our open house visits (We have been very very picky to be honest :) ).
