Saila is very knowledgeable about the area, she guided me very well through out the process. She helped me look at all the areas that had to be upgraded ( house wasn't upgraded for 20 years), she knew all local contractors who could help. She is extremely accessible, professional and knows what can/ can't work. She set my expectations right from the get go, I knew exactly what to expect when.
