Seller reviewWe were not very familiar with the selling process, and we had to relocate to a different state before putting our house on the market. Sailaja did an amazing job guiding us through every step - from explaining how the selling process works, helping us come up with the right selling price, strategizing the marketing plan, organizing open houses and showings, to working with the buyers to finalize the price and close the deal. We were initially worried about relocating before selling the house, but Sailaja quickly earned our trust and treated our home as if it were her own. Buyer reviewOur wonderful Saila did it again!! Saila helped us buy our second home. Saila is the only realtor in NJ who really caters to all of her clients requirements. She is very knowledgeable in her area of work. She listens to you and shows you the exact house you are looking for. Saila guides her clients through the very starting( from finding the house to negotiating the terms to inspection to finally sign the agreement)to the end of the of buying a house, making it an easy process. Seller reviewSaila is very knowledgeable about the area, she guided me very well through out the process. She helped me look at all the areas that had to be upgraded ( house wasn't upgraded for 20 years), she knew all local contractors who could help. She is extremely accessible, professional and knows what can/ can't work. She set my expectations right from the get go, I knew exactly what to expect when. I had wonderful experience working with her. If I am buying any new house she will be the only number I will call.
