Professional experience in real estate, excellent customer service, and a commitment to hard work are what characterize me as a real estate agent. I listen to my clients and follow through with their requests and needs to make sure I give them the best service possible. My goal is for my clients to feel like part of the family.
My background in business and sales made the switch to real estate a natural move forward. I began my real estate career fifteen years ago and earned the title "Rookie of the Year" that first year. I have also been a leading top producer for all fifteen years, most years earning "Million Dollar Producer" with the Southside Virginia Association of Realtors association.

Buyer reviewSam has been great and patient. I was referred to Sam by Mrs. Taylor while she was out during covid. Sam did not only become my broker he has become my friend. He knew what i wanted and was always honest as to his thoughts of a home. He never pushed a home onus and was always available when we wanted to see a home. I was ready to do buy fixer upper and he knew my work schedule wouldn't allow me enough time to do any work needed. So he said be patient your home will come. And now it has. great area and great price. I only gave Sam a good in the two areas by no fault of his own. 90% of the time by the time i call on Sam I've already done a great deal of research on the home that we were interested in. So he didn't have to dig to deep in the homes history. And timely was understood that I wasn't his only client and between classes and wife he managed to always return my calls. So really an excellent.
