Buyer reviewAs our first time buying a home my husband and I were pretty clueless. Samantha walked us through the entire process and because of that it wasn't stressful in the slightest. She was available when I needed a question answered (and I had a million). I never once felt embarrassed not knowing what a term meant or how the buying process worked. She was the perfect "first-time-homebuyer- realtor" but is also so knowledgeable and experienced that she would benefit a seasoned home buyer as well.

She was proactive with the sellers, and was excellent at "dumbing things down" for us, as first time home buyers. She was always reachable, and always pleasant to deal with. I would recommend her to anyone, but especially to first time home buyers. Her knowledge of the market / area is excellent.
