He was always available to answer questions, show us potential homes, and explain anything that we didn't understand, which was quite a bit as first time home buyers! Sam was present for every showing we went to and every inspection we had. He could answer any question we threw at him about every step of the home buying process. We never felt ignored or like an inconvenience when reaching out with questions or uncertainties. I could NOT ask for a more communicable person to work with. Sam was always available, never rude or unprofessional. He made the home buying fun. He was honest with us about potential issues with homes, even when we didn't necessarily want to hear it. Seller reviewSam was very good at making sure our house would look good on the market. Which it did because it sold fast! Sam was also very very patient with us. We have a newborn and at times the showings we had were too much for us and he was generous in making sure they fit around our schedule
