Personal Profile
Sandi has lived in Southern Maryland since 1964. She and her husband Bob have been residents of Charles County since 1978. She believes that Southern Maryland has been a wonderful place to grow up and to raise a family! Sandi and Bob have three grown children and six grandchildren. After 15 years of sales and management experience and running her own successful business, Sandi began her real estate career in January 1989. She quickly became one of the top agents in her company. She achieved numerous awards for sales, production and service, including the Quality Service and Quality Service Pinnacle Award, CENTURY 21 Master's Ruby and Master's Emerald Awards, Centurion Award and the President's Award for Centurion Producer and Top Quality Service Award. Sandi has been recognized by the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors for numerous Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond awards over the years as well as being a "Life Member" of the Distinguished Sales Club Hall of Fame for sales and production. Sandi holds her GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtor's Institute), her ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and her SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and ePro, as well. Along the way in her 35+ year career in home sales, Sandi has been a Relocation Director, managed a CENTURY 21 Office and she also worked with a local custom home builder in Southern Maryland for eight years, thus increasing her knowledge of land acquisition and development. She was able to work with people through all the different stages of designing/building a home from start to finish. Additionally, she has attended many specialized marketing classes over the years to help achieve results for her sellers and buyers. Sandi has always been a firm believer of giving excellent service to her clients and focusing on their needs. She likes to think of herself and her clients as a "team," looking to achieve the same goal - the sale or purchase of their home (or both)! Sandi really listens to what her clients are saying and what their needs are and diligently pursues meeting those needs. She has always possessed strong negotiation skills to help both buyers and sellers achieve their goals while maintaining a fair, smooth and friendly transaction for both parties involved. Buyer reviewSandi Denny was excellent! She really did listen to our needs and she did not push us into looking at properties that did not meet our criteria. When we did see our house on the daily email she had no qualms about meeting us at the house that night (Friday) at 8 pm because that was the soonest we could get there but we didn't want to wait. When we did get to the house the lock box was malfunctioning and the listing agent was from Millersville. Rather than make us wait until they could come over the weekend and repair the box, she persisted with the lock box management company and stayed on them until she was able to get us in the house. She then made time (several hours) for us the next day to do the contract. Both of these days and times were last minute and unexpected and at NO time did she make us feel like we were not the most important thing in the world to her. Sandi has a great sense of humor and was extremely easy going, even when our children hid in a closet and jumped out to scare me but got her instead! Sandi was referred to us by our daughter and son in law who purchased a home with her last year. Since we began working with her, I referred a co-worker to her who is now working with both Sandi and her daughter Jessica. I can honestly say that since our purchase was complete I have missed talking to Sandi as we really did enjoy our time with her. We do not have one single complaint and we will continue to refer her to anyone we know who is house hunting or looking to sell.

Buyer reviewSandi Denny is a long time friend of mine and knowing her character and professionalism, I knew she would be someone I could trust and rely on to help me find a new home. Sandi walked me through every aspect of buying a new home. She was organized when it came to showing me houses. She listened to my needs and wants and put together a list of homes that met those criteria. Because of that, we wasted no time looking at places that didn't meet my needs. The drive up to Columbia was long and traffic wasn't always the best, but she didn't seem to mind taking me there as many times as necessary until I found a place I loved. I don't believe I could ask for a more attentive, patient, friendly and professional agent. Our friendship didn't influence the professionalism she maintained throughout the entire house buying process. Her attention to details is amazing and she genuinely cared about all aspects of finding and securing me a new home. While buying a new home is one of life's most stressful events, Sandi made the experience move along flawlessly and with minimal stress. My only regret is that the transaction is now completed and I won't see her as much. Fortunately for me, we are good friends and I know I will continue to connect up with her from time to time. Her ethics and morals are above reproach and being able to trust and rely on her was key for me in choosing an agent. Sandi put together a well thought out plan for selling my house. She made suggestions on repairs and upgrades needed to bring in buyers and get a good price. Sandi is extremely friendly and absolutely approachable. She called me at least once every two weeks even when there was no activity on my house over the holidays. Her attention to detail is unbelievable and she made me feel as though I was her most important client even though I know she treats everyone like that. She negotiated the sale of my home with incredible professionalism and I believe she got the best deal possible.
