Our daughter and son-in-law had used Sandie as their agent a couple of years previous to our need for an agent, and they recommended her to us. It had been about 35 years since we had needed to buy or sell a house, and we knew we would need help, so we gave her a try. Sandie was excellent! She listened to our likes and needs, and took us to several homes that were good prospects. Meanwhile, she guided us through the selling process and gave suggestions as to what would be helpful, etc. The paperwork of buying and selling was overwhelming, but didn't seem so bad because she helped us literally every step of the way. Our previous home sold quickly, and things went well with the purchase of the new home. There were a couple of hiccups on both ends, but Sandie guided us through, took our calls, answered our questions, and things turned out great! We love our new home, and the buyers of our previous home are happy too. Sandie made both transactions doable and we are very happy!
