Seller reviewWe had a "higher than average" priced home on the market for 6 months with another realtor, when that contract expired we contacted Sandy DuFrane, she listed our house at noon on a Friday, Sandy contacted us 2 hours later to tell us she had two showings scheduled. One of those showings resulted in the sale of our home. All the negotiations, closing documents, inspections, and everything that's involved with selling a home was handled professionally and smoothly, we were packed up and moved out in less than 6 weeks after signing the accepted offer. We never got frustrated with Sandy's communication on the sale of our home. She would always call, text or email us and the buyers with any questions. Sandy was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend her if your considering selling your home.
