Seller reviewSandra seemed to have a good footprint in the area where we were selling out lots and felt she would be able to have an inside perspective on potential buyers. She understood where we were and weren't able to make concessions and didn't try to push us into prices or sales factors we weren't comfortable with. All in all a very good experience working with Sandy and I'd recommend her to most anyone looking to buy or sell.
