If I didn't understand the result, she was always there to explain the process. I recommend Sandy as your realtor. Also, I moved to a different community. She talked to my realtor in that community to correlate the sell of one home to the purchase of another home.

Seller reviewSandy DuFrane was an excellent agent! We had an idea how we wanted to sell our land. Sandy's knowledge of real estate in the area explained to us the wisdom of marketing our land in a manner that would sell better and at a higher price. She attended town meetings to determine access to the property. She contacted the county as well to accurately determine land usage. With this information Sandy obtained and explained to us, we agreed to market the land as she recommended. This resulted in almost an immediate buyers and offers. Our land was listed on May 14, an the offer from a party that did buy the land was received on May 21. I will recommend Sandy DuFrane to anyone looking for a realtor who will put their sale at the top of their list and successfully and quickly sell their property.
