I love real estate. But real estate was a bit of a career-change for me. With a B.A (Rutgers) and M.A. (Temple) in American History, I worked in the fields of Public History and Historic Preservation for more than 20 years, including running the historic Barclay Farmstead in Cherry Hill, NJ. Eventually, I turned my obsession for HGTV's House Hunters into reality and got my NJ Real Estate License in 2016. Since that time, I have become an award-winning agent and guided numerous clients through the buying and selling process. I teach two classes: Home-Buying 101 and Preparing to Sell Your Home, plus I regularly share my first-hand experience as the owner of several long and short-term rental properties with my clients who are considering investing in real estate. When I'm not working with clients, I spend time with my family and head to Cape May, NJ every chance I get!

All along the way from property to property Sandra helped me to further clarify what it was I was looking for and help me find my dream house. She was patient and anticipated my every question and concern. She also connected me with Incredible resources not the least of which we're caliber mortgage company and a handyman who I will absolutely use again in the future. Sandra has made me a customer of hers for life! Sandra went above and beyond and handling every aspect of this transaction. This was the most stress-free experience ever! I have what most people experience as a difficult personality. Top of my list of difficulties is my inability to make up my mind about what I want. Sandra was not phased by this in the least. Resulting in an incredible experience of mutual respect and understanding.

Buyer reviewSandra has a great knowledge of the area was able to recommend perfect communities based on amenities that we were looking for (close to a park, restaurants, brewery, etc). Most importantly she was extremely patient with us as we ended up visiting a total of 36 houses including 5 different offers before we were able to secure the perfect house for us. All of the paperwork was handled efficiently, and she never hesitated to answer any of our questions. Sandra was always friendly throughout the process, and able to give good perspective and advice based on her extensive experience in the industry and the area.
