We had actually put in an offer on another property. Upon inspection, she pointed out that the property had several problems that would make it a poor purchase because it was over-priced and the seller wouldn't come down on the price. She saved us from making a huge mistake. As luck would have it, another property came up for sale and we were the first to put in an offer and it was an excellent transaction for all involved. If it weren't for Sandy, we would have been stuck with a property that we weren't happy with. Instead, we are happy as clams and forever counting our blessings that Sandy is our realtor. Sandy has proven that she knows her craft. She is professional in her presentation and always speaks with an even tone even though the seller might be a little difficult. She is always friendly and her demeanor puts us at ease and lets us know she's got everything under control. Sandy helped us close a deal on a pre-forclosure over 20 years ago. Since then, we have referred her to friends and family. She helped both of our daughters with the purchase of their first homes. She helped a friend of mine sell her father's home, and then helped them purchase a condo for their daughter. In this recent transaction. Sandy helped us purchase an apartment for one of our other children. She is more than our realtor, she has become our friend. I think I've said it all. This was a difficult assignment and not your traditional real estate sale. Sandy not only had to deal with me, as an agent for the court but also with a diverse family who owned the property but could not agree on the selling of it, hence the partition.
