First I called an agent we had met at a parade home and left a message, then I called the listing agent and left a message. Frustrated, I called my relative and got Sandy's number and called her. Sandy answered her phone, I gave her the information on the lot we were looking at and she immediately checked to see if it was still available. By the time the other agents called me back Sandy had our purchase of the lot well under way. Sandy even came to our closing to make sure everything went smoothly. We look forward to working with Sandy to sell our current home when we build our new home on the lot Sandy helped us purchase. Sandy is very friendly, knowledgable, and easy to communicate with.
