She had great communication regarding what the process would look like as far as showings, offers, feedback, etc. In less than 48 hours there were five offers, all over asking. She provided all communication in a timely matter and was able to present the facts of each offer appropriately so we could make an informed decision about which offer to choose. Sandy continued to work tirelessly behind the scenes up until the day of closing to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Sandy exceeded our expectations as a realtor and I would highly recommend her!
